(More customer reviews)I Ordered it from dell with purchase of a new laptop. I have had this mouse for over a year and use it at least 20 to 30 hrs a week for over a year and still haven't changed batteries. no extra software needed to install. Just have the Bluetooth detect it and turn it on when you need it. The forward and back buttons work just fine as well as the wheel. Plus its a small mouse very convenient for travel. No complaints so far. Will update this review if I find any.
