(More customer reviews)This mouse is excellent! I have mild carpal tunnel, so first ordered the regular, wireless evoluent mouse, but it was too large for me. I have large women's hands too, but still felt bulky. This size is perfect! It moves well and once you adjust to the buttons being on the side and lightening your grip on it, you won't hit the buttons accidentally. It's light and I don't notice pain in my wrist anymore. It is accurate for detailing as well and you don't have to pick it up and move it from time to time. If your wrists are sore, give this a try and if you are a woman, definately order this size! I wish I had bought it sooner!
