(More customer reviews)I saw where many had stomped on or tossed out the Presenter 3000 and I was about to join their ranks. Changed out the batteries, only the laser worked,imminently patient husband of mine grew impatient, etc. Then I read about the synching process, from someone in the discussion board, and tried it. Voila. Worked on both computers and worked without re-synching. Then I noticed the "instructions" for such are actually under "Troubleshooting," but it wasn't clear what to do until after I had done it. So, first push the USB button at the top once it's plugged in. I held it on push. Then, push (and hold) the little button on the back of the device. Green lights should flash and you are good to go.
