(More customer reviews)I purchased this product about a year ago. It worked wonderfully and really helped my wrist and arm strain. About 2 months ago I experienced a problem -- the track wheel began slipping. I contacted customer service at Evoluent and they said they had seen this problem before. They advised me to use Super Glue on the track wheel to correct it. I tried this -- it did not work. I called back again and asked for a replacement. Even though the mouse was still under warranty, and the problem I was experiencing was a known issue, they refused to send one. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they finally agreed to replace the mouse. They sent a refurb without informing me that this would be the case. It was scratched and did not work properly from the time I took it out of the box. I threw it away.
